The day starts at
the kanban board.
A dispatch board your team will actually live in. Orders move through real statuses with payment gates built in — no more reconciling a spreadsheet at the end of every shift.
Plan the route, pin by pin.
The route builder your dispatcher works in — eligible orders, live map with numbered stops, and a driver assigned in one save.
Every order, one board.
Orders move through real statuses with payment gates built in — from Order Received to Deposited.
Built for the
Friday evening rush.
When orders triple in 90 minutes, the right software disappears and the operation runs. Kushify's dispatch board is designed for the dispatcher who hasn't sat down in three hours and the driver who needs the next stop on their phone in under two taps.
Drag-and-drop kanban
Optimistic UI shrinks the source column on drop; failures roll back atomically. Built for dispatchers who don't want to wait on a spinner.
Payment gate on delivered
Dropping an unpaid order on the Delivered column opens a collection dialog and writes two history entries atomically. No more 'I forgot to collect.'
Route optimization
Routes batched by ZIP and priority. Manual or automatic stop reordering. Driver gets a single optimized route, not a stack of pins.
Driver mobile cockpit
Turn-by-turn nav, status updates, in-app cash + card collection, customer signature capture, photo of delivery handoff.
Packing scanner
Global keystroke capture, base-variant aware, auto-advances to Ready when every item satisfies effective quantity. Packing errors drop to near-zero.
20-second polling
Reuses the orders API. Cross-tab debounced sound. Desktop notifications when permission is granted. Dispatchers see new orders in 20 seconds, max.
Automatic customer SMS
Order received, out for delivery, arrival ETA, delivered, payment receipt — all configurable templates, all sent automatically via Twilio or Plivo.
Cash reconciliation
Collected + Unattributed + Awaiting = Total. Days-held by driver highlighted amber at 3 days, red at 7 days.
Onfleet / Routific integration
Plug in external logistics platforms if you need their specific features. Native dispatch works for 90% of operators.
Delivery questions.
Do I need separate logistics software like Onfleet or Routific?
Not unless you want specific features they offer. Kushify's native dispatch handles batched routes with manual or automatic stop reordering, the driver cockpit handles turn-by-turn navigation and in-app payment collection, and customer SMS goes out automatically on every status change. Onfleet and Routific are pluggable if you need them.
How does the driver collect cash safely?
The driver cockpit records cash collection at the order level with photo confirmation. Cash flows through 'Collected (by driver)' → 'Deposited (by manager)' with audit timestamps and assignment. Days-held by driver is surfaced on the reconciliation dashboard with amber/red flags so cash never lingers.
Does the customer get an SMS when the driver is nearby?
Yes. Configurable per-status SMS templates. Default flow: Order received → Out for delivery (with ETA) → Driver nearby (5 minutes out) → Delivered (with receipt link). All routed through Twilio, Plivo, or your provider of choice.
Can dispatchers see all drivers' current locations?
Yes. Live driver map shows current position, current stop, and remaining stops. Click a driver to see their full route and ETAs. Updates every 20 seconds via the same polling layer that drives the order board.
