Migrate from Dutchie,
Treez, Flowhub, or Cova.
We've built importers for product catalogs, customer profiles, order history, and loyalty balances from the most common cannabis vendors. One-week parallel deployment means zero data gap on cutover.
A boring migration
is a successful one.
Switching cannabis vendors used to mean a weekend of downtime, lost order history, and three months of staff complaints. We've done this enough times to make it boring — and boring is the goal.
Catalog importer
Product names, descriptions, variants, prices, weights, brands, strains, terpenes, lab COAs, and inventory levels — mapped from CSV exports we know how to read.
Customer profile importer
Names, emails, phones, DOBs, verified IDs (with photo URLs where you control the storage), loyalty balances, and order history if it's available.
Order history importer
Last 12 months of order data — enough to populate analytics, drive personalization, and keep your year-over-year reports continuous.
One-week parallel deployment
We run Kushify alongside your current platform for a week before cutover. Customers see no change. You compare reports side-by-side and resolve any data drift before going live.
Domain + DNS playbook
We hand you a DNS change script for cutover day — usually a 5-minute window where the storefront URL flips from old to new. Most customers don't notice.
Receipt continuity
Order numbers can be configured to continue from your previous platform's last number. Receipts look the same; the backend is different.
Staff retraining (3 hours)
Most cashiers are productive in under three hours. The workflow board is the biggest change — it's faster than what you were doing before, but it's different.
No data loss SLA
Written guarantee. If we lose data during migration, we credit you the cost of three months of subscription.
How Kushify is different.
Dutchie is e-commerce-first; their POS is bolted on. Kushify is one application — POS, e-com, and delivery share a customer record, an inventory ledger, and an audit log.
Treez is POS-first and historically retail-only. Multi-site is possible but complex. Kushify is multi-site from the database up — per-site SEO, per-site email routing, per-site customer namespaces are built in.
Flowhub is solid retail POS but delivery is a separate integration. Kushify's dispatch board is native, the driver cockpit is built-in, and cash reconciliation respects how delivery cash actually moves.
Cova has strong inventory tooling. Kushify covers inventory plus the layers above it — e-commerce, delivery, compliance — without needing four separate vendor contracts.
Migration questions.
How long does a typical migration take?
Median 14 days for a single-location operator, 4-6 weeks for multi-site chains. The variable is your catalog complexity and how clean your customer data is. We've done dozens, so we know which steps take time.
What if my current vendor won't give me my data?
Most do. The ones that resist tend to soften when you cite the state regulator's data-portability requirement (which exists in most legal-cannabis states). If you hit a wall, we'll help you escalate. Worst case, we run an automated scrape with your credentials.
Will my customers have to re-verify their ID?
No. ID verification records (with photo URLs) transfer if you can export them from your current platform. Effective-expiration dates carry over. Customers don't see a re-verification prompt.
Can I roll back if something goes wrong?
Yes. During the one-week parallel deployment, your old platform stays live and processes the actual orders. We just shadow them. If parallel deployment shows a problem, we don't cut over.

Single-location
If you're a single-store operator, switching is typically a 14-day project.
Multi-site chains
Larger chains are 4-6 weeks — one storefront at a time, no big-bang cutover.
Pricing
First month is no charge while we get you live. Flat per-storefront pricing after that.
