Yes. Delivery-first is what Kushify was originally built for. The 20% of operators who are 80% delivery shaped the workflow board, the driver cockpit, the cash reconciliation, and the customer SMS system. Retail POS came after.
How do drivers collect cash safely?
Driver cockpit records cash collection at the order level with photo confirmation. Cash flows through 'Collected (by driver)' → 'Deposited (by manager)' with audit timestamps. Days-held by driver is surfaced with amber/red flags so cash never lingers without someone noticing.
Can the same driver work two storefronts in a multi-site setup?
Yes. Drivers are scoped to the operator account, not to a single storefront. A driver running a Highland Park route in the morning can run a Valley Green route in the afternoon — and the reconciliation reports break out cash by storefront.
Do you handle insurance / driver background checks?
Those are handled by you (or your insurance provider). Kushify tracks driver assignment, route history, and incident reports — the data your insurance provider asks for at renewal — but we don't underwrite or run background checks.
